In January 2026, we achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, marking an important milestone in how we manage and protect information across the business. The implementation began in November 2025 and involved reviewing our processes, strengthening security controls, and formalising risk management practices. Achieving certification reflects our continued focus on responsible data handling and operational maturity as we grow and support clients across the Salesforce ecosystem.
In 2025, we embraced new tools and systems to support our expanding operations — including Microsoft 365 for streamlined communication and collaboration. With enhanced infrastructure and a highly motivated team, Sweet Potato Tec is now stronger than ever.
In 2024, we reached another major milestone: we built and moved into our very own office, symbolizing a decade of growth and stability. Now with a 25-member team operating across multiple countries, we proudly serve clients in the UK and the US, all from our home base in a small town in India.
In 2023, we moved into a larger office to support our growing 15-member team, with 10 in India and 5 working remotely across the UK, US, and Europe. We expanded technically into CPQ, Revenue Intelligence, and Slack integrations, while managing multi-cloud Salesforce projects. With high client satisfaction, we achieved 100% project retention for the year.
In 2022, Sweet Potato Tec grew to a 12-member team and expanded into larger implementations and strategic Salesforce consulting. We deepened client relationships across industries like finance, media, and healthcare. Internal initiatives like biweekly learning sessions and sandbox simulations enhanced knowledge sharing and onboarding.
In 2020, the world changed with the onset of COVID-19. Embracing remote work, we enabled all team members to work from home, ensuring uninterrupted support to our clients throughout the global crisis. Our commitment to client success never wavered.
The momentum continued in 2018, as we retained all our existing accounts and grew into a solid 8-member team. Our strong client relationships and team synergy defined this period of steady expansion.
As we entered 2017, we added two more talented individuals and secured multiple support projects. With a growing team and increasing client trust, we reached new heights. Mid-year, another team member joined, and we successfully delivered impactful solutions that left clients highly satisfied.
In April 2016, our entire five-member team proudly earned their Salesforce Administrator certifications, a significant milestone that strengthened our credentials and boosted team confidence.
In January 2015, we secured our very first project, a Salesforce data migration engagement. It was a valuable learning experience, guided closely by our mentors, and marked the beginning of our hands-on growth in the Salesforce ecosystem.
By the end of 2015, we welcomed two new team members, expanding our capability to serve more clients and broaden our understanding of Salesforce technology.
Sweet Potato Tec began its journey on October 8, 2014, with just three passionate individuals and a shared dream. Our foundational training in Salesforce came through Skype sessions led by our inspiring mentors and founders. Those first three months laid the groundwork for everything we've built since.
